Sparkly. That's the direction I chose to go in for this look. I love the brilliant tiara and was inspired by the way it sparkled. I wanted to play it up by using sparkling powders. That is what is so fun about make-up. We can play with it! Just the smallest amount can make such a beautiful statement! The lightest color goes over the whole eye to make a neutral palette. Then, gold shimmery shadow on the lid, with a shimmery brown shadow on her brow bone. All together, they are so pretty and subtle, but so very there.
